Years ago, I found myself in physical therapy for neck pain. Not because of any injury, just from daily activities taking their toll on my body. Neck pain is incredibly common, so why isn’t there an easy, effective way to stretch our necks and reduce that pain? Turns out the team at necksaviour was wondering the same thing, and created the necksaviour Mini.
Designed by a physical therapist, the necksaviour Mini is smaller and easier to use than any other neck stretchers on the market. With its remarkably simple design, I wasn’t sure that something as lightweight as the necksaviour Mini could do anything for my neck, but I was amazed at the improved range of motion in my neck after using it. I preferred the lighter stretch, with the white side bent inwards, but if you prefer a stronger stretch, just flip it over so the black side faces in.
I love that the small size makes it easy to take along with me, so I can bring it with me when I travel and use it after long flights. It also comes in a convenient drawstring bag for easy transport and to keep it clean.
Firm and flexible, all it takes is a few minutes lying down to relieve headaches and tension without medication. If you're having neck pain, definitely go check out necksaviour Mini to learn more.
