“Delivered:” is a series in which we look at crowdfunded ideas that have successfully shipped to their supporters. We dive into the final product, after its long journey from concept to fulfillment.
Any dog owner knows how essential crates are for training. And of course, a crate can be used as a safe space for a dog to retreat to once they are trained. Since they are so important, why are they so ugly? We hide them in mudrooms or laundry rooms or somewhere we don't have to look at the metal bars. That's why Chasing Monkey created PAWD, a safe space for your pet that has a modern design you won't want to hide.
With white, gray, or pink options available, the PAWD will go perfectly with your decor. The modern geometric pattern fits in great in my living room and I don't feel the need to cover it or hide it when I have company. When I do want to put it away, it collapses easily and is very compact so I can slide it into any closet or shelf.
The lightweight design has no sharp edges so I never have to worry about injuries. The PAWD is even made from the same material as baby bottles and is strong enough to withstand chewing, so I know it's as safe as it is strong. I like how much easier it is to clean than a typical crate. Messes wipe up with very little effort so I can spend less time cleaning and more time with my pet.
