Your project will be shipping during a holiday. Several backers have reached out asking to hold their shipment until they return home from traveling. Adding a note to each of the orders would help the fulfillment team know which orders to hold. With the addition of the new "Add Notes" bulk action, you can now easily add notes to multiple orders at once!

Using Bulk Actions allows you to perform an action to multiple orders at once. We've recently added a new action to the lineup, "Add Notes", you can now easily add notes to multiple orders at collectively. Once added, the notes are visible internally in the notes section of the order. The notes added to the orders are for internal use only, backers do not have access to the notes. However, the notes will be included when you run a products export.

To apply the same note to multiple orders, start by accessing the "Orders" option from the left menu. If needed, apply filters or load a previous segment to narrow down the orders. Next, click on the Actions menu and select "Add Notes". Finally, enter the text for the note and click the green "Add Notes" button in the bottom right corner. If the note for each order is different, us the "Import from File" to upload a spreadsheet with the Order ID and Note for each order.
